2- We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

3-In the case of returns/cancellations of a particular product/products or service/services offered by us and available on the website, the refund of the paid amount would be initiated and it would take a minimum of 5-7 working days for the amount to be credited to the customer’s bank account.
